Definitely works for me. Don't understand the theory behind it, but i find that concentrating on the gently pulsing rhythm quietens my mind and stops it overthinking.
In the morning i swap wrists and the excite mode gets me moving. Can't recommend it enough

I like the feeling it gives me, if you set it too high at first it can be annoying, but start with a lower level then increase it, it's fine. I think it works. Yesterday it went into 'sleep' and after 5 minutes I felt sleepy, I went to bed immediately and slept well without waking up. I'll try it tonight to see if it's the same.
